After over ten years in nightlife production, Phil has made creating safe spaces a mastery of sorts. As a producer, Bandel is well versed in creating something out of everything. His strengths lie in floral design, production design, art direction and coordination.
Some of his most notable projects have been working VIP for such hot spots as A Club Called Rhonda and Hollywood's Sound Nightclub. He was also the creative director for the widely popular experiential experience The Madhatter Gin & Tea Party, which is now a world wide sensation. His first iteration of it in Hollywood became the blueprint for all of its counterparts.
As creative director of Conceptual Reality, he makes it a point to draw on collaborating with his creative team for every idea and move. Collaborative design is integral to the core value of the company and allows it to function as a collective more than anything. Bringing a brand to life from its original concept or mission statement is what the company name reads and means, and Phil is absolutely at the center of all of it.
